Donations and online giving for fundraising are processed through
Event or ticket refunds: Tickets for an event that are cancelled two weeks before the event will not be refunded as the charity will not have the opportunity to resell tickets. If the charity cancels the event then a full refund will be provided.
Donations: Please get in touch within 30 days of the transaction if you feel that there has been an error in the amount that you have donated or if you would like to report unauthorised usage of your credit or debit card.
