Tori grew up around her parent’s food-led pubs so an understanding of the hospitality industry was introduced from an early age. After a 5-year career in stage management and theatre production she realised that she couldn’t ignore her passion for hospitality and embarked on a successful and progressive profession in special events and business development within the industry. During this time, she has orchestrated and overseen the delivery of 100’s of weddings, private and large scale corporate events, front of house and event staff training and process integration for award winning hospitality organisations over 13 years in London, the Midlands and the South West. Tori also has a background in business development for charitable organisations, which stemmed from her desire to give back.
