We believe that hospitality has the power to reduce re-offending rates through the values it teaches. Discipline, structure, empathy and care give Learners the ability to thrive in the outside world. This is how we turn prisoners into hospitality professionals. We give them access to a real vocation, with real prospects, as well as the determination to turn up every day with the highest expectations of hospitality, as well as themselves.
For our learners, we have a clear four-piece structure that supports autonomy and progress. These four simple statements help us make it right, all the time and every time. We remember them, we say them, we live by them.

We deliver as a team, with everyone’s actions and effort contributing to overall outcomes and results. Every role is critical to success. We rise and fall together, so we support, and take responsibility, for each other.

Because hospitality requires elbow grease. Be in no doubt, this is hard work. We expect discipline, commitment and application. We push ourselves every day, because practice, determination and grit will get us anywhere.

Because hospitality starts with a smile. A satisfied customer, a buzzing service, a heartfelt thank you. We exist to make others happy, and we can feel it when we get it right.

Hospitality is inherently disciplined, and regimented, and to function requires structure, delegation and rules. There is hierarchy, commitment and teamwork. Individuals have a responsibility and personal duty of care for the wider operation to run smoothly.
